Customer Downloads
Use these forms to get download links for our professional products if you have already paid for them. If you have not bought them yet but would like to now, then please visit the page of the extension and click the "Buy Now" button.
Our download URLs are single-use. Every time you use one to access a download a new URL will be sent to you in email. This is so that you do not have to register on our site and remember a login name and a password, and can access your downloads with a single click. The URL is single-use so that there is no danger of it leaking to the internet.
If you have lost the email containing the URL, please enter the email address you have used in PayPal with your purchase and press "Send URL".
If you no longer have access to the mailbox used at the time of the purchase please contact support@multiracio.com.
If you would like to change your email address stored in our system, please use this form. A confirmation email will be sent to both addresses and you will have to click on both confirmation links for the process to be completed.
