How to read foreign language documents easily

1. If the EuroOffice Dictionary Toolbar is not visible, select it under the View/Toolbars/EuroOffice Dictionary menu command.

2. Suppose you want to read German text and would like to see the English translation of unknown words. Select the appropriate dictionary (DE-EN) at the left side of the toolbar.

3. Now if you click a word or move the text cursor to a word, the Dictionary Toolbar automatically displays the English translation of that word.

4. If there are more than one meanings of the word, you can see all the meanings in  a drop-down list.

5. Compound words are also recognized and the meaning of a part of the word is also displayed when clicking on it.
