How to write foreign language documents easily

1. If the EuroOffice Dictionary Toolbar is not visible, select it under the View/Toolbars/EuroOffice Dictionary menu command.

2. Suppose you want to write German text and your native language is English. Then select the appropriate dictionary (EN-DE) at the left side of the toolbar.

3. Now if you just cannot remember a German word, just write it in English. The German translation is automatically displayed by the Dictionary Toolbar.

4. If there are more than one meanings of the word, you can select from the drop-down list.

5. Clicking the German translation automatically replaces the English word you wrote.
