How to install a Lotus Symphony extension

How do I install a Lotus Symphony extension?

Step 1: Download the Symphony extension zip file you would like to install.

The PayPal purchase process guarantees automatic download after the purchase confirmation. If you did not wait for the redirection, you can still get the downloads! Go to the Customer Downloads page and enter your email address.

Step 2: Start Lotus Symphony.

Step 3: Select File>Application>Install to define new update site.

Choose "Search for new features to install" and click "Next >" button.

Click  "Add Zip/Jar Location..." and pick the zip file have downloaded.

Click "Ok" to close the dialog and select "Finish" to prepare the install process.

Step 4: After you have configured your new update site you have to select new features to install.

Mark the checkbox near your new update site and click "Next >" button to install all the features related to the new extension.

Step 5: Read and accept the license agreement and click "Next >".

Click "Finish" to start the installation process.

Step 6: Restart Lotus Symphony.
